Estadio Hispano
Estadio Municipal Carlos Miranda is a multi-purpose stadium in Comayagua, Honduras. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Hispano FC. The stadium holds 10,000 people. History The stadium was proposed by Comayagua mayor Carlos Miranda with the objective of promoting athletics among young people and attracting tourists to the city. The stadium was financed with funding from the national government, loans from the private sector, and municipal resources and collections. It was designed by the firm "Perspectives Arquitectonicas." The stadium was completed in 2005 as a multi-use facility with capacity for 10,000 people. The stadium is used mainly for soccer games and serves as the headquarters of the Hispano F.C., a member of the Honduran National Soccer League. Club Deportivo Olimpia is a professional Honduran football club based in Tegucigalpa, Francisco Morazán. The club is the nation's most successful team both in the domestic league and in international club competitions. Pumas UNAH
Pumas de la UNAH or simply Universidad was a Honduran football club. History They were formed to represent the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Honduras. They merged with Broncos, forming ''Broncos de la UNAH'', twice in 1982–83 and 2006–07 and meanwhile played in Choluteca those two seasons. They had initially taken over the '' Club Deportivo Atlético Español'' franchise. During their stay at first division as ''Pumas'', they played in Comayagua. Club Deportivo Victoria is a Honduran football club based in La Ceiba, Atlántida. They have enjoyed success in the past having won the Liga Nacional de Fútbol Profesional de Honduras, Honduran first division once. Deportes Savio Fútbol Club, commonly known as Deportes Savio, is a professional Association football in Honduras, Honduran football club based in Santa Rosa de Copán.
