Rapid Execution And Combat Targeting System
The United States Air Force's Rapid Execution and Combat Targeting System (REACT) is a modification of the LGM-30 Minuteman launch control centers (LCC's) that provides continual monitoring and rapid retargeting of Minuteman ICBMs. It integrates communication systems and weapon systems into a single console. History The previous Minuteman III command and control system, designated Command Data Buffer or CDB, required over 20 hours to retarget the entire Minuteman force and 30 minutes to retarget a single ICBM. REACT system needs less than 10 hours to retarget all missiles, while individual missiles can be retargeted in matter of minutes.AAFM Newsletter, Volume 2, Number 15, June 2007, p. 8 REACT was previously known as the ''ICBM integrated Electronics Upgrade'' (I2EU) REACT incorporate ...

Later, duties grew to include communications after disasters (such as tornadoes and floods), and in some places before disasters (storm spotting). As well, REACT safety communications for parades, runs/walks and other community events became prominent. Now, REACT Teams barely use CB primarily, a large percentage have now added amateur, FRS, GMRS, Multi-Use Radio Service (MURS), Trunked radio systems and business band radio ( LMR) to their public service capabilities. Their original purpose, to monitor CB, has largely gone by the wayside. Services Provided Each REACT Team is unique and fills a local purpose. React (JavaScript Library)
React (also known as React.js or ReactJS) is a free and open-source front-end JavaScript library for building user interfaces based on UI components. It is maintained by Meta (formerly Facebook) and a community of individual developers and companies. React can be used as a base in the development of single-page, mobile, or server-rendered applications with frameworks like Next.js. However, React is only concerned with state management and rendering that state to the DOM, so creating React applications usually requires the use of additional libraries for routing, as well as certain client-side functionality. Basic usage The following is a rudimentary example of using React for the web, written in JSX and JavaScript. import React from 'react'; import ReactDOM from 'react-dom/client'; const Greeting = () => ; const App = () => ; const root = ReactDOM.createRoot(document.getElementById('root')); root.render( ); based on the HTML document below. ...
