Re Mixed
''Re_Mixed'' (also known as ''Hybrid Remixed'') is a two disc compilation album released in 2007, featuring remixes of songs by Hybrid. It was released with Distinctive Records on 22 October 2007. Hybrid had nothing to do with the compilation's release, as it was meant to be their final release on Distinct'ive Records. However, despite being managed by Hope Recordings, Hybrid still released their next few releases on Distinctive. Track list Promo Version A promotional version of ''Hybrid Remixed'' was released a couple of weeks before the official release. The promo version includes a different track list, including 17 tracks, over 2 discs. It includes a longer version of Cascade (featured on Scores), a different version of Future Funk Squad's remix of "Sleepwalking" and an extra remix of "Finished Symphony" and an instrumental version of Jerome Sydenham's remix of "If I Survive". Hybrid is a British electronic music duo consisting of Mike and Charlotte Truman. The group was formed in 1995 by Mike Truman, Chris Healings, and Lee Mullin. At the time they were primarily known as a breakbeat collective, although they overlapped considerably with progressive house and trance. Finished Symphony
"Finished Symphony" is a song by the British electronic music group Hybrid. It is the first single from their debut album ''Wide Angle''. The track's popularity has increased since its release, and it has been used in various chillout collections, including the Ibiza series. The song has also been used in BBC's TV series ''Top Gear'', most notably during Season 7 Episode 5 which featured the Bugatti Veyron. There are two versions of the single, the UK version and Australia & Hong Kong version. All orchestral parts of the song are performed by the Russian Federal Orchestra. Peter Hook
Peter Hook (born Woodhead; 13 February 1956) is an English musician, best known as the bassist and co-founder of the rock bands Joy Division and New Order. Hook often used the bass as a lead instrument, playing melodies on the high strings with a signature heavy chorus effect. In New Order, he would do this, leaving the actual basslines to keyboards or sequencers. Hook formed the band which was to become Joy Division with Bernard Sumner in 1976. Following the death of lead singer Ian Curtis in 1980, the band reformed as New Order, and Hook played bass with them until 2007. Hook has recorded one album with Revenge (''One True Passion''), two albums with Monaco ('' Music for Pleasure'' and ''Monaco'') and one album with Freebass ('' It's a Beautiful Life''), serving as bassist, keyboardist and lead vocalist. The Cinematic Orchestra is a British nu jazz and downtempo music group created in 1999 by Jason Swinscoe. The group is signed to independent record label Ninja Tune. The Orb
The Orb are an English electronic music group founded in 1988 by Alex Paterson and Jimmy Cauty.
