ReIgnition Recordings was an independent record label releasing largely, but not solely, punk and post-hardcore albums. It was founded in Ithaca, NY in 1999, and operated under the name Law of Inertia Records after the magazine founded by Ross Siegel. It was renamed in December 2004 to maintain the journalistic integrity of the magazine. Suburban Home Records
Suburban Home Records and Distribution is a record label based in Denver, Colorado, United States. The label was founded in 1995 by Virgil Dickerson, and is known for focusing on vinyl releases and bands in the pop-punk and alt-country genres. Its roster has included Two Cow Garage, Drag the River, Oblivion, The Gamits, and Apocalypse Hoboken. In 2006 the label founded the Vinyl Collective, an online store that serves as a community hub for independent vinyl collectors. History Suburban Home was founded and continues to be operated by Virgil Dickerson. Dickerson, who was attending college in Boulder, Colorado at University of Colorado Boulder, had started the first pop punkfanzine for the local scene in September 1995. He named the fanzine ''Suburban Home'' after the song "Suburban Home" by The Descendents. Zolof the Rock & Roll Destroyer (often referred to as simply Zolof) is an American pop rock band that originated in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania through core members Vince Ratti and Rachel Minton alongside Anthony Green. Their music, defined by the band members as "spunk rock", is heavily structured and influenced by pop music by way of catchy rhythms and bright lyrics. ''This Year's Model'' is the second studio album by the English singer-songwriter Elvis Costello, released on 17March 1978 through Radar Records. After being backed by Clover for his debut album ''My Aim Is True'' (1977), Costello formed the Attractions – keyboardist Steve Nieve, bassist Bruce Thomas and drummer Pete Thomas (no relation) – as his permanent backing band. Recording sessions took place at London's Eden Studios in eleven days between late1977 and early1978. Nick Lowe returned as producer, and Roger Béchirian acted as engineer. Most of the songs were written prior to the sessions, and debuted live during the latter half of 1977. Embracing new wave, power pop and punk rock, the songs draw from bands such as the Rolling Stones and the Beatles. The Static Age
The Static Age are an American post punk band originally from Burlington, Vermont and now based in Chicago, IL. The band's style blends elements of post-punk, alternative, shoegaze, synth pop and indie rock and they have released five albums and a handful of EPs and singles as well as toured extensively across both North America and Europe. The Rise was a five-piece American band from Austin, Texas. Their sound is a combination of metalcore, hardcore techno, post-hardcore and heavy metal music, metal. The Reunion Show was a pop-punk American band from Long Island, New York. They released one album on Victory Records before three members of the group moved on to form Action Action. The Beautiful Mistake is a rock band from San Diego, California. Formed in 2000, the band has released two full-length albums: the 2002 debut album, ''Light A Match, For I Deserve To Burn'', and 2004's ''This Is Who You Are''. They have also released four EPs and had various songs featured on different compilation albums.
