"Re-sublimity" is Kotoko's second maxi single under Geneon Entertainment, released on November 17, 2004. The title track was used as an opening theme for the anime series ''Kannazuki no Miko is a Japanese ''Yuri (genre), yuri'' manga series created by Kaishaku (manga group), Kaishaku. The series, centering on the relationship between main characters Himeko and Chikane, also has elements of mecha themes in its plot. The 14-chapter ...'' while "Agony", its B-side, was used as the ending theme. "Suppuration -core-" was used as a soundtrack for the anime and a rearrangement of the song "Suppuration" appears in her ''Hane Live Tour 2004 Limited Album''. The single peaked at number eight on the Oricon charts and charted for 12 weeks. Since it sold 50,119 copies, this is considered Kotoko's best selling single. Kannazuki No Miko
is a Japanese ''Yuri (genre), yuri'' manga series created by Kaishaku (manga group), Kaishaku. A drama CD, based on the anime version, was released on November 25, 2004 by Geneon. Kotoko (singer)
Kotoko (stylized as KOTOKO, born January 19) is a Japanese J-pop musician, singer and songwriter from Sapporo, Hokkaido. She began her singing career in 2000, debuting as a member of the trance group I've Sound and releasing her first mini-album ''Sora o Tobetara'' that same year. She was then signed to the Rondorobe record label from 2004 to 2010, under which she released the albums ''Hane'', '' Garasu no Kaze'', ''Uzu-Maki'' and ''Epsilon no Fune''. She signed to Warner Home Video in 2011, and remained with the label until 2018. She is currently signed with NBCUniversal Entertainment Japan. I've Sound
I've Sound, or simply called , is a Japanese techno/trance music production group based in Sapporo, Hokkaidō, Japan. Led by Kazuya Takase, it features the talents of seasoned "sound creators" and many different vocalists, known as to their fans. They have created the theme songs for many Japanese adult games, most famously the opening "Tori no Uta" to the visual novel ''Air'' by Key.
