Raúl Maradona
Raúl Alfredo Maradona, also known as Lalo Maradona (born 29 November 1966) is an Argentine former professional footballer who played as a striker. Career Maradona played in Argentina for Boca Juniors, in Spain for Granada, and in Peru for Deportivo Municipal; he also played in Japan and Canada and Venezuela. In 1993, he went to North America to sign with Fort Lauderdale Strikers of the American Professional Soccer League. In 1995, he signed with Toronto Italia of the Canadian National Soccer League. The following season his team won the regular season championship, and reached the CNSL Championship final where the club faced St. Catharines Wolves, and won the series 11–0 on aggregate. After the conclusion of the CNSL season he signed with the Toronto Shooting Stars of the National Professional Soccer League, where he appeared in 27 matches and recorded 12 goals. Lanús
Lanús () is the capital of Lanús Partido, Buenos Aires Province in Argentina. It lies just south of the capital city Buenos Aires, in the Greater Buenos Aires metropolitan area. The National Professional Soccer League was a professional indoor soccer league in the US and Canada. It was originally called the American Indoor Soccer Association. History In November 1983, a Kalamazoo, Michigan-based group called Soccer Leagues Unlimited unveiled a plan for an indoor league composed exclusively of American players. Hugo Hernán Maradona (9 May 1969 – 28 December 2021), also known as El Turco, was an Argentine football player and coach. He was the younger brother of Diego Maradona. He played as a midfielder for clubs in South America, Europe, Japan, and Canada, and was a member of the Argentina U-16 national team. Career In 1985, Maradona was a part of the Argentina U-16 national team's squad that competed at the U16 South American and World Championships in China. In Argentina's first round match against Congo, he scored two goals to help the team to a 4–2 win, which however was one goal short of what Argentina needed to advance past the group stage.
