Rau'shee Warren
Rau'shee Warren (; born February 13, 1987) is an American professional boxer who held the WBA (Undisputed), and IBO bantamweight titles from 2016 to 2017. As an amateur he won a gold medal at the 2007 World Championships, as well as bronze at the 2005 and 2011 World Championships, all in the flyweight division. Amateur career At the 1st AIBA American 2004 Olympic Qualifying Tournament in 2004, at the age of 17, he upset Rayonta Whitfield and Diego Hurtado and international competitors Raúl Castañeda (Mexico), and Miguel Miranda (Venezuela) to qualify as the U.S. boxing team's 106-pound light flyweight representative at the 2004 Athens Olympics. Raúl Castañeda (September 20, 1982 – September 6, 2017) was a boxer from Mexico, who participated in the 2004 Summer Olympics for his native country. There he was stopped in the second round of the Light flyweight (48 kg) division by Russia's eventual bronze medalist Sergey Kazakov. Castañeda was born in Guaymas, Sonora. He won the bronze medal in the Light flyweight division at the Pan American Games in Santo Domingo. Jesús Gabriel "Jessie" Magdaleno (born November 8, 1991) is an American professional boxer who held the WBO junior featherweight title from 2016 to 2018. He is the younger brother of boxer Diego Magdaleno. Amateur career Magdaleno was one of the best amateur fighters in America, finishing his amateur career with a 120-16 record. The boxing program of the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China was held at the Workers Indoor Arena. Medals were awarded in eleven events, with each event corresponding to a recognized weight division of male boxers. The 2008 games were the last Olympic boxing competition to exclude women, as the International Olympic Committee approved the introduction of female boxing events for the 2012 London Olympics. Davey Lee Armstrong (June 9, 1956 – February 8, 2021) was a boxer from the United States. Amateur career Armstrong was born in Puyallup, Washington, and began boxing at the Tacoma Boys Club, along with future world champions Rocky Lockridge and Johnny Bumphus, as well as 1972 Olympic Gold Medalist Sugar Ray Seales and 1976 Gold Medalist and professional World Champion, Leo "The Lion" Randolph. Guillermo Rigondeaux Ortiz (; born 30 September 1980) is a Cuban professional boxer.
