Jeremiah Jerome Ratliff (born August 29, 1981), formerly known as Jay Ratliff, is an American former professional American football, football player who was a nose tackle in the National Football League (NFL) for the Dallas Cowboys and Chicago Bears. Marshall Ratliff, dressed as Santa Claus, along with Henry Helms and Robert Hill, all ex-cons, and Louis Davis, a relative of Helms, held up the First National Bank in Cisco. Life and career Ratliff was born in Logan County, West Virginia on September 19, 1933. He also recorded under the name Jim Ratliff.
