Rat Tally
Rat Tally is the stage name of American indie rock musician Addy Harris. Harris is currently based in Chicago, Illinois. History Harris began releasing music in 2019, when she self-released her debut EP titled ''When You Wake Up''. This release caught the attention of Richmond, Virginia based record label 6131 Records. In 2021, Harris signed to the label and released a new song titled "Shrug". Harris announced in mid 2022 her debut album, ''In My Car'', which is set to be released through 6131 on April 12, 2022. In addition to the announcement, Harris released the first single from the album, "Spinning Wheel". The album features contributions from musicians Madeline Kenney and Jay Som Melina Mae Cortez Duterte (born March 25, 1994), better known by her stage name Jay Som, is an American, Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer and mixing engineer. Indie Rock
Indie rock is a Music subgenre, subgenre of rock music that originated in the United States, United Kingdom and New Zealand from the 1970s to the 1980s. Originally used to describe independent record labels, the term became associated with the music they produced and was initially used interchangeably with alternative rock or "Pop rock, guitar pop rock". One of the primary scenes of the movement was Dunedin, where Dunedin sound, a cultural scene based around a convergence of noise pop and jangle became popular among the city's University of Otago, large student population. Madeline Kenney is an American indie rock singer-songwriter based in Oakland, California. Early life and career Born and raised in Seattle, Kenney started playing piano at the age of five and joined multiple bands.
