Rastislav Dej (born September 12, 1988) is a Slovak professional ice hockey player currently playing for HC Vítkovice Ridera in the Czech Extraliga (ELH). Dej has previously played in the Extraliga for HC Karlovy Vary, Motor České Budějovice and Mountfield HK Mountfield Hokejový Klub is a professional men's ice hockey club based in Hradec Králové, Czech Republic. HC Vítkovice Ridera is an ice hockey club based in Vítkovice (Ostrava), Vítkovice, the Moravia, Moravian-part of Ostrava, in the Czech Republic, competing in the Czech Extraliga. The Czech Extraliga ( cs, Extraliga ledního hokeje, ELH) is the highest-level ice hockey league in the Czech Republic. It was created by the 1993 split of the Czechoslovak First Ice Hockey League following the breakup of Czechoslovakia. The league's season usually takes place between September and April and features 14 teams. It is ranked by the IIHF as the fourth-best league in Europe and the fifth-best in the world.
