Rasmus Vinderslev
Rasmus Hjorth Vinderslev (born 12 August 1997) is a Danish footballer who plays for SønderjyskE Fodbold. Career Vinderslev was born in Aalborg, where he lived until he was six years old. The family then moved to Haderslev, where as a six-year-old he was registered with Haderslev FK. As a U17 player, Vinderslev had a hard time getting on the first team for each game, so he often played with the club's second-best team. Aalborg (, , ) is Denmark's fourth largest town (behind Copenhagen, Aarhus, and Odense) with a population of 119,862 (1 July 2022) in the town proper and an urban population of 143,598 (1 July 2022). The 2019–20 Danish Cup, also known as Sydbank Pokalen, was the 66th season of the Danish Cup competition. The winners of the tournament, SønderjyskE, in winning their first major championship in club history, earned qualification into the second qualifying round of the 2020–21 UEFA Europa League. Vendsyssel FF Players
Vendsyssel () is the northernmost traditional district of Denmark and of Jutland. Being divided from mainland Jutland by the Limfjord, it is technically a part of the North Jutlandic Island, but the name often used informally for the entire island. Vendsyssel is part of the North Denmark Region. Vendsyssel neighbours Hanherred to the southwest and Himmerland to the south, across the Limfjord. SønderjyskE is a Danish sport corporation. They have a football team (SønderjyskE Fodbold, based in Haderslev), two handball teams (SønderjyskE Håndbold, one male based in Sønderborg, one female based in Aabenraa) and an ice hockey team (SønderjyskE Ishockey, based in Vojens). All the teams play in Southern Jutland. The name is short for Sønderjysk Elitesport (English language: ''Southern Jutlandic Elite Sport''). The Danish Cup ( da, Landspokalturneringen; often referred to as Pokalen) is the official "knockout" cup competition in Danish football, run by the Danish Football Association. The cup has been contested annually since 1955. The winner will qualify for the UEFA Europa League tournament the following year, where they (as of the 2009–10 season) will enter in the third qualifying round. The latest edition, 2017-18 Danish Cup, was won by Superliga-side Brøndby, beating Superliga-side Silkeborg 3–1 on 10 May 2018 at Parken Stadium, thereby winning their first domestic trophy since 2008. A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders.
