Rapture (Battlestar Galactica)
"Rapture" is the twelfth episode of the third season from the science fiction television series '' Battlestar Galactica''. Aired on January 21, 2007, this episode marked the return of regular broadcasting after the Christmas mid-season hiatus. Plot Apollo holds Samuel Anders at gunpoint when he demands that Apollo do something to rescue Starbuck. Apollo radios Dee who says she sees the smoke from Starbuck's crash site and Apollo orders her to intercept it and rescue Starbuck, which puts Anders at ease for the moment. Anders threatens to kill Apollo if Starbuck dies, and Apollo responds that if that happens he will let him. The Cylons fear that Admiral Adama will carry out the threat of nuking the planet and is not bluffing. ''Battlestar Galactica'' (''BSG'') is an American military science fiction television series, and part of the ''Battlestar Galactica'' franchise. The show was developed by Ronald D. Moore and executive produced by Moore and David Eick as a re-imagining of the 1978 ''Battlestar Galactica'' television series created by Glen A. Larson. Saul Tigh
Saul Tigh is a fictional character on ''Battlestar Galactica'' played by Michael Hogan. He is one of the main characters of the show. Biography Overview and personality Saul Tigh is a line officer assigned as executive officer on the Galactica. At the opening of the series, he believes himself to be a Colonial Viper pilot, the son of another military pilot and the grandson of a Presidential military advisor, and to be around 70 years old. Memorabilia in his quarters suggest that he flew with a squadron named "Vigilantes". It is revealed during season four of the show Tigh's early memories are artificial, implanted by Brother Cavil when he killed and temporarily boxed Saul and his fellow Final Five Cylons. The rapture is an Christian eschatology, eschatological position held by some Christians, particularly those of American evangelicalism, consisting of an Eschatology, end-time event when all Christian believers who are alive, along with resurrected believers, will rise "in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air." "Taking a Break from All Your Worries" is the thirteenth episode of the third season of the science fiction television series, ''Battlestar Galactica.'' The title is a line from the ''Cheers'' theme song, "Where Everybody Knows Your Name" (the working title for this episode, as revealed in Ronald D. Moore's podcast commentary for the episode "Rapture", was "Where Everybody Knows Your Name"). Plot Gaius Baltar, now a prisoner aboard '' Galactica'', sits in the brig and crafts a hanging noose from strips of fabric.
