Raphael Davis (born September 1, 1976) is an American mixed martial artist who has fought for Bellator FC and M-1 Global. MMA career Early career and M-1 Challenge Davis started his career in 2006, fighting mainly for Californian organizations. With a record of four wins and one loss, he signed with M-1 Challenge, a competition organized by M-1 Global. He fought twice for M-1, defeating Jair Gonçalves and Jae Young Kim. In 2010, with a record of 8-1 and victories over fighters like the TUF 8 finalist Vinny Magalhães and the MFC former light heavyweight champion Emanuel Newton, he signed with Bellator. Valley Center, California
Valley Center is a census-designated place (CDP) in northern San Diego County, California. The population was 9,277 at the 2010 census. History Valley Center was the site of the capture of the largest California Grizzly Bear in history. In 1866, a grizzly weighing 2,200 pounds was killed at the Lovette house, which has now been demolished. Although the town had been settled in 1845 and homesteaded in 1862 after President Lincoln signed the Homestead Act, it had no formal name until the famous 1866 bear incident. The notoriety surrounding the event gave Valley Center its original name of Bear Valley. Newkirk is a city and county seat of Kay County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 2,172 at the 2020 census. History Newkirk is on land known as the Cherokee Outlet (popularly called the "Cherokee Strip"), which belonged to the Cherokee Indians until 1893. The Cherokee acquiesced to the demand of the president and Department of the Interior to sell the land, then part of Oklahoma Territory, to the U.S. government. Jason Brilz (born July 7, 1975) is a retired American mixed martial artist who most recently fought in the Heavyweight division. A professional competitor since 2000, he has competed for the UFC, Titan FC, and King of the Cage. Probation in criminal law is a period of supervision over an offender, ordered by the court often in lieu of incarceration. In common law systems, a superior court is a court of general jurisdiction over civil and criminal legal cases. A superior court is "superior" in relation to a court with limited jurisdiction (see small claims court), which is restricted to civil cases involving monetary amounts with a specific limit, or criminal cases involving offenses of a less serious nature.
