The Ministry of Education ( Abrv: MOE; th, กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ, ) is a Thai governmental body responsible for the oversight of education in Thailand. The Webometrics Ranking of World Universities, also known as Ranking Web of Universities, is a ranking system for the world's universities based on a composite indicator that takes into account both the volume of the Web content (number of web pages and files) and the visibility and impact of these web publications according to the number of external inlinks (site citations) they received. The Conservatory of Music, Rangsit University or Wittayalaidontri ( th, วิทยาลัยดนตรี; literally: College of Music) is the third music school in Thailand, after Duliyangkasilp College, and Khanaduriyangkasart. It was established in 2002 by Arthit Ourairat, President of Rangsit University. Wittayalaidontri focuses solely on Western music, especially classical, contemporary and popular music. Wittayalaidontri does not offer Thai traditional music courses. History Prior to the conservatory, a student in Rangsit University could study music as an optional course at the Institute of Cultural Affairs, with Tanet Sriwong and Suwiwat Thitiwattanarat as their teachers. The College of Medicine, Rangsit University () is the first private medical school and the ninth oldest medical school in Thailand. History The Faculty of Medicine, Rangsit College was founded on 1 May 1989, following a successful proposal to the council of Thai Universities. On 1990, following the name change of Rangsit College to Rangsit University, the name changed to Faculty of Medicine, Rangsit University. Mueang Pathum Thani ( th, เมืองปทุมธานี, ) is the capital district ('' amphoe mueang'') of Pathum Thani province, central Thailand. History In the past, the district was called Bang Kadi District after the name of central tambon, as required by the Law of 1897. The district office was on the east bank of the Chao Phraya River. The office was moved to Tambon Parok, on the west bank of the river, in 1917.
