Randy McMillan
Lewis Lorando "Randy" McMillan (born December 17, 1958) is a former American football player. McMillan played for Harford Community College, earning All-American junior college honors before transferring to the University of Pittsburgh, and was selected by the Baltimore Colts in the 1st round (12th overall) of the 1981 NFL Draft. McMillan played in six National Football League (NFL) seasons from 1981 to 1986 for his hometown Colts, continuing with the team when owner Bob Irsay moved them to Indianapolis in March 1984. McMillan's career ended following injuries he received on April 26, 1987. He was struck by a vehicle in Baltimore County, Maryland and received injuries to his leg and spine. A running back (RB) is a member of the offensive backfield in gridiron football. Bob Irsay
Robert Irsay (March 5, 1923 – January 14, 1997) was an American professional football team owner. He owned the National Football League's Baltimore/Indianapolis Colts franchise from 1972 until his death in 1997. Early life and education Irsay was born on March 5, 1923 in Chicago, the son of Charles Irsay (born Charles Israel) and Elaine Nyitrai, Jewish immigrants from Hungary. In 1942 he joined the United States Marine Corps. In 1946 he was hired by his father's heating and ventilation business. In 1951 Irsay founded his own business, the Robert Irsay Co., and sold the business to Zurn Industries about a year before purchasing the Colts in 1972. The 1988 NFL season was the 69th regular season of the National Football League. The Cardinals relocated from St. Louis, Missouri to the Phoenix, Arizona area becoming the Phoenix Cardinals but remained in the NFC East division. This season featured games predominantly played by replacement players, as the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) players were on strike from weeks four to six with week three being cancelled in its entirety.
