Raman Srivastava
Raman Srivastava was a 1973 batch Indian Police Service officer who served as the Director general of police in Kerala Police from February 2005 till November 2008. He is also a former Director General of the Border Security Force (BSF), the border patrol agency of the Government of India. Career Srivastava was a 1973 batch IPS officer of the Kerala cadre. Before becoming Director General of BSF, he was Special Secretary (Internal Security) in the Ministry of Home Affairs. Before that, he served as Director General of Police of Kerala and occupied various policing positions in a 33 year career. He also maintained very cordial relations with all parties and factions, notably K. Karunakaran, Oommen Chandy and Pinarayi Vijayan. Oommen Chandy
Oommen Chandy, , (born 31 October 1943) is an Indian politician and statesman who served as the Chief Minister of Kerala for two terms, from 2004 to 2006 and again from 2011 to 2016. He was also Leader of the Opposition in the Kerala Legislative Assembly from 2006 to 2011. He represents Puthuppally constituency as MLA in the State Assembly since 1970. He is the longest serving MLA in the Kerala Legislative Assembly and the only Indian Chief Minister to achieve award for public service from United Nations. The Intelligence Bureau (IB) (Hindi: आसूचना ब्यूरो; IAST: āsūcanā byūro) is India's domestic internal security and counter-intelligence agency under Ministry of Home Affairs. It was founded in 1887 as ''Central Special Branch'', and is reputed to be the oldest such organization in the world. Pinarayi Vijayan
Pinarayi Vijayan (; born 24 May 1945) is an Indian Communist politician who is the current Chief Minister of Kerala, serving since 25 May 2016. A member of the Politburo of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), he is the longest-serving secretary of the Kerala State Committee of the CPI(M) (1998–2015). He also served in the government of Kerala as Minister of Electric Power and Co-operatives from 1996 to 1998. Border Security Force
The Border Security Force (BSF) is India's border guarding organisation on its border with Pakistan and Bangladesh. It is one of the seven Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) of India, and was raised in the wake of the 1965 war on 1 December 1965, "for ensuring the security of the borders of India and for matters connected there with".
