Ralph Michael Monsalve Pertsinidis (born 24 January 1987) is a Venezuelan racing cyclist, who most recently rode for Venezuelan amateur team Venezuela Pais Futuro–Fina Arroz. Barinas () is a city in west central Venezuela. According to the 2011 census, its population is 353,442. It is the capital of the Barinas Municipality and the Barinas (state), State of Barinas.
