''Raktabhishekam'' () is a 1988 Indian Telugu-language action film, produced by KC Reddy under Sri Rajeev Productions banner and directed by A. Kodandarami Reddy. It stars Nandamuri Balakrishna, Radha and music composed by Ilayaraja. The film is based on Yandamuri Veerendranath's acclaimed novel of the same title. The film was dubbed into Tamil as ''Rathabhishegam''. Nandamuri Balakrishna
Nandamuri Balakrishna (born 10 June 1960), simply known as Balakrishna or Balayya or NBK, is an Indian actor, producer and politician. He appeared in more than 100 Telugu cinema, Telugu films over forty years in a variety of roles and established himself as one of the leading actors of Telugu cinema. He won three Nandi Awards and one South Indian International Movie Awards, South Indian International Movie Award. Udaya Chandrika, better known by her screen/stage name Radha (born 3 June 1965), is an Indian actress, who predominantly appears in Tamil and Telugu films in addition to a few Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi films. Jandhyala Subrahmanya Sastry (14 January 1951 – 19 June 2001), known mononymously by his surname Jandhyala, was an Indian film director, screenwriter, playwright, and actor known for his works in Telugu cinema and Telugu theatre.
