Rajshahi Collegiate School ( bn, রাজশাহী কলেজিয়েট স্কুল) in Boalia Thana in the center of Rajshahi, a city in northern Bangladesh, is the oldest school in the country. History After completing MA in Philosophy from Presidency College, Kolkata in 1895, Khan Bahadur Ahsanullah went on to serve as the first Muslim headmaster of Rajshahi Collegiate School. He was active from 1904 to 1907. In school history some mentionable additions were made on 1930 which are: *Formation of Boy Scout *Organisation of junior Red Cross *Publication of Annual School Magazine in 1936 and Brarbon Shield in 1940. Rajshahi ( bn, রাজশাহী, ) is a metropolis, metropolitan city and a major urban, commercial and educational centre of Bangladesh. It is also the administrative seat of the eponymous Rajshahi Division, division and Rajshahi District, district. Mrinal Haque
Mrinal Haque (September 9, 1958 – August 22, 2020) was a Bangladeshi sculptor. Appointed by the Government of Bangladesh, best known for having created murals on the city streets of Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. Education Born in Rajshahi, Bangladesh, after receiving education from Rajshahi Collegiate School and  Rajshahi Cadet College, he joined the artworld in 1977 and received his BA from The Fine Arts Institute of Dhaka University. He worked primarily with clay, marble, plaster, cement, bronze, copper, terracotta, and wood. He created over 36,000 sq. ft. of work in mosaic painting. During his student years he was associated with the BNP's student wing Jatiotabadi Chhatro Dol, a time in which he was accused of terrorizing Awami League supporters.
