Rain Epler
Rain Epler (born 6 June 1977) is an Estonian politician. He served as Minister of the Environment in the second cabinet of Prime Minister Jüri Ratas from 16 November 2020 to 26 January 2021. Tõnis Mölder Tõnis Mölder (born 9 October 1989) is an Estonian politician. A member of the Centre Party, Mölder has been the Estonian Minister for the Environment since January 2021. Parliamentary elections will be held in Estonia on 5 March 2023 to elect all 101 members of the Riigikogu. Electoral system The 101 members of the Riigikogu are elected by proportional representation in twelve multi-member constituencies. Seats are allocated using a modified D'Hondt method. Jüri Ratas (; born 2 July 1978) is an Estonian politician who was the 18th prime minister of Estonia from 2016 to 2021. He has been Leader of the Centre Party since 2016, and was the mayor of Tallinn from 2005 to 2007. Jüri Ratas' first cabinet was in office from 23 November 2016 to 29 April 2019. It formed when Social Democrats and the Union of Pro Patria and Res Publica joined the opposition's no-confidence vote against the previous cabinet and switched the liberal centre-right Reform Party with the Estonian Centre Party. Võru (; vro, Võro; german: Werro) is a town and a municipality in south-eastern Estonia. It is the capital of Võru County and the centre of Võru Parish.
