Portugal–Spain Border
The Portugal–Spain border, also referred to as "The Stripe" ( es, La Raya, pt, A Raia, gl, A Raia, mwl, La Raia), is one of the oldest borders in the world. The current demarcation is almost identical to that defined in 1297 by the Treaty of Alcañices. The Portugal–Spain border is long, and is the longest uninterrupted border within the European Union, being free of border control since March 26, 1995 (the effective date of the Schengen Agreement), with the exception of a brief period during the COVID-19 pandemic. The border is not defined for between the Caia river and Ribeira de Cuncos, because of the disputed status of Olivenza/Olivença, which has been disputed between the two countries for two hundred years. Raja (fish)
''Raja'', also known as ''raia'', is a genus of Skate (fish), skates in the family (biology), family Rajidae containing 16 species. Formerly a wastebasket genus, many species historically placed here have been moved to other genera in the family, such as ''Amblyraja'', ''Beringraja'', ''Dipturus'', ''Leucoraja'' and ''Rostroraja''. ''Raja'' are flat-bodied, cartilaginous fish with a rhombic shapes due to their large pectoral fins extending from or nearly from the snouts to the bases of their tails. Their sharp snouts are produced by a cranial projection of rostral cartilage. The mouth and gills are located on underside of the body. They may be either solid-coloured or patterned, and most skates have spiny or thorn-like structures on the upper surface, and some species contain weak electrical organs within their tails. Raya (country Subdivision)
Raya or raia is a term used in Romanian historiography to refer to former territories of the mediaeval principalities of Wallachia and Moldavia held under the direct administration of the Ottoman Empire, as opposed to the principalities, which kept their internal autonomy under Ottoman suzerainty. The term originated from rayah, a generic name for the non-Muslim subjects of the Ottoman Empire. Raia (''Rai'') is a scenic village on the outskirts of Margao in Salcete Taluk in South Goa District of Goa State, India. It is located six kilometres east from the district headquarters of Margao and 35 kilometres from the State capital Panaji. Location Gogol (two kilometres), Margao (three kilometres), and Aquem Margao (three kilometres) are nearby areas. Raia is surrounded by Mormugao taluk towards the west, Quepem taluk towards its south, Ponda taluka towards the north. Raia village lies close to the villages of Loutulim, Camurlim, Rachol and Maina. Kamen Rider Raia
is a Japanese tokusatsu series that serves as the 12th installment in the ''Kamen Rider'' franchise and the third entry in the Heisei era. The series follows idealist journalist Shinji Kido as he attempts to stop the violent Rider War from claiming more innocent lives than it already has. Main characters Shinji Kido is a kind-hearted, friendly, simple, and naive idealist who works at the ORE Journal as a journalist trainee until he finds one of Shiro Kanzaki's Card Decks, encounters the Asian dragon-like Mirror Monster , and stumbles into the Mirror World while investigating Koichi Sakakibara's disappearance. Despite being told to stay out of the Rider War by Ren Akiyama, Shinji chooses to join anyway to stop the other Mirror Monsters from devouring people and stop the Rider War, forming a contract with Dragreder and becoming Kamen Rider Ryuki in the process.
