Rahmat Shah
Rahmat Shah Zurmatai ( ps, رحمت شاه زرمتی; born 6 July 1993) is an Afghan cricketer who plays for the Afghanistan national cricket team. He is a right-handed batsman who is an occasional leg break bowler. He made his international debut for Afghanistan in March 2013. He was one of the eleven cricketers to play in Afghanistan's first ever Test cricket, Test match, against India national cricket team, India, in June 2018. In September 2019, in the one-off Test between Afghan cricket team in Bangladesh in 2019–20, Afghanistan and Bangladesh, Rahmat became the first batsman for Afghanistan to score a century in Test cricket. The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB; ps, د افغانستان کرکټ بورډ, fa, کرکت بورد افغانستان; formerly Afghanistan Cricket Federation) is the official governing body of cricket in the Afghanistan. 2019 Cricket World Cup
The 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup was the 12th Cricket World Cup, a quadrennial One Day International (ODI) cricket tournament contested by men's national teams and organised by the International Cricket Council (ICC). It was hosted between 30 May and 14 July across 10 venues in England and a single venue in Wales with the tournament being the fifth time that England had hosted the World Cup while for Wales it was their third. Afghan Cricket Team In India In 2018
The Afghanistan cricket team toured India in June 2018 to play a one-off Test match against the India cricket team. It was Afghanistan's first Test since they were awarded Test status by the International Cricket Council (ICC) in June 2017. India won the match in two days by an innings and 262 runs. Afghanistan were dismissed twice in the same day, only the fourth time this has happened in Tests. It was India's biggest win by an innings in Tests, and they became the first Asian team to win a Test match inside two days. The 2017 season of the Shpageeza Cricket League ( ps, شپږيزه کريکټ ليګ ۲۰۱۷), also known as SCL 5, was the fifth edition of the Shpageeza, a professional Twenty20 cricket league established by the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) in 2013. Band-e-Amir Dragons ( ps, بند امير ښاماران ''Band-e-Amīr Khāmārān / Shāmārān''; prs, بند امیر شاماران) or Band-e-Amir Region is one of eight regional first-class cricket teams in Afghanistan.
