Ragnhild Gløersen Haga
Ragnhild Gløersen Haga (born 12 February 1991) is a retired Norwegian Olympic champion cross-country skier. Career Haga competed in the 2015 World Cup season, making a breakthrough by taking 12 top-ten World Cup results. At the 2015 Tour de Ski, she finished fourth overall. She represented Norway at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2015 in Falun. In May, 2021, she was dropped from the Norwegian National Cross-country Team. On 12 March 2023, Haga made history by winning the first ever women's 50 km World Cup race, in Holmenkollen, Norway. She announced her retirement from cross-country skiing on 30 March 2023. Personal life Haga was born in Nannestad on 12 February 1991. Seefeld In Tirol
Seefeld in Tirol is an old farming village, now a major tourist resort, in Innsbruck-Land District in the Austrian state of Tyrol (state), Tyrol with a local population of 3,312 (as of 1 January 2013). The 2015 Tour de Ski was the 9th edition of the Tour de Ski. The Stage World Cup event began in Oberstdorf, Germany on January 3, 2015, and ended in Val di Fiemme, Italy on January 10, 2015. The titles were being defended by Therese Johaug (Norway) and Martin Johnsrud Sundby (Norway), the former of which came second to Marit Bjørgen, while Sundby initially retained his title until it was passed on to Petter Northug when Sundby was stripped of the title. On July 20, 2016, Sundby was stripped of the win due to illegal use of asthma medication during the race. Cross-country skiing at the 2022 Winter Olympics was held at the Kuyangshu Nordic Center and Biathlon Center in Zhangjiakou, China. A total of 296 quota spots (148 per gender) were distributed to the sport, a decline of 14 from the 2018 Winter Olympics. A total of 12 events were contested, six each for men and women. Qualification A maximum of 296 quota spots will be available to athletes to compete at the games. A maximum of 16 athletes can be entered by a National Olympic Committee, with a maximum of 8 men or 8 women. Nations that have an athlete achieve less than 300 FIS points in the 2021 World Championships, or the under 23 World Championships, gain entry for at least one competitor, of that gender, into the 2022 games. Anders Bakken (born 20 June 1955) is a Norwegian cross-country skier. He was born in Lillehammer, and represented the club Lillehammer SK.
