Rafael Barba
Rafael Barba is a fictional character portrayed by Raúl Esparza, who joined the cast of the long-running NBC crime drama series '' Law & Order: Special Victims Unit'' on a recurring basis during the 14th season episode " Twenty-Five Acts".
