Margaret Jane Radin (born 1941) is the Henry King Ransom Professor of Law, emerita, at the University of Michigan Law School by vocation, and a flutist by avocation. Radin has held law faculty positions at University of Toronto, University of Michigan, Stanford University, University of Southern California, and University of Oregon, and has been a faculty visitor at Harvard University, Princeton University, University of California at Berkeley, and New York University. Radin's best known scholarly work explores the basis and limits of property rights and contractual obligation. Radin ( sr-cyr, Радин), known under his full name, Radin Butković, was a Bosnian nobleman and magnate, who also served as ''gost'', a high ranking prelate of the Bosnian Church during the 15th century in medieval Bosnia. As his vernacular name suggests, Radin was a local cleric elected by the Bosnians themselves. He was probably born around 1400 in Seonica, village in medieval župa and the settlement Neretva, today the town of Konjic in Bosnia and Herzegovina. As a high-ranking clergyman of the Bosnian Church, he was also politically savvy, so he distinguished himself as a diplomat and ambassador. Medieval sources mentioned him for the first time in a document dated from 1422 in a rank of a '' krstjanin'' (lowest rank in the Bosnian Church clergy) when he engaged in negotiations with the people of Ragusa representing the duke Radosav Pavlović. Zvjezdan Radin (born 28 October 1953) is a Croatian retired football player and manager. Career As a player, he was part of HNK Rijeka, NK Rijeka's golden generation which won the Yugoslav Cup in 1978 and 1979. He was a defender and is the second most capped Rijeka player of all time with 621 appearances in all competitions. He also scored 15 goals during his time in Rijeka as he was a prolific free kick taker. Although one of Rijeka's most talented players, he never made an appearance in the Yugoslavia national team due to biases in favour of players from the "big four" (Red Star Belgrade, Partizan Belgrade, Dinamo Zagreb and Hajduk Split). Roy Radin
Roy Radin (13 November 1949 – last seen 13 May 1983, remains found 10 June 1983) was an American show business promoter who packaged vaudeville shows and oldies music nostalgia tours in the 1970s and early 1980s. He was probably best known for his attempts to help finance the film '' The Cotton Club'' (1984), and as the subsequent victim of a murder-for-hire at age 33. The trial in which four people were sentenced related to Radin's killing became known as " The Cotton Club Murder." The story of Radin's murder became the subject of a book, ''Bad Company: Drugs, Hollywood and the Cotton Club Murder''. Nikolai Mariusovich Radin (Russian: Николай Мариусович Радин; 15 December 1872 – 24 August 1935) was a Russian stage and silent film actor and director. Biography Radin was born as Nikolai Mariusovich Kazankov on 15 December 1872 to Marius Mariusovich Petipa, an actor, and Mariya Kazankova, a dressmaker. Nikolai was a grandson of the famous choreographer Marius Petipa. His parents never married. Radin received his education at Faculty of Law, Saint Petersburg State University in 1900. Fascinated by the theater, he began his career as a stage actor. Gradually he became known for being a dramatic actor. For many years, he and his second wife, actress Yelena Shatrova, worked as actors at the theater Korsch in Moscow. In 1932 the theater Korsch was closed, and they began working at the Maly Theatre. Milan Radin ( sr-cyr, Милан Радин; born 25 June 1991) is a Serbian professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Dinamo Batumi. Club career Born in Novi Sad, Radin grew up in Mošorin, where he started playing football at the local club Miletić. Later he played with Borac Šajkaš and finally with RFK Novi Sad, where he completed his youth categories. Max Radin (March 29, 1880 – June 22, 1950 ) was an American legal scholar, philologist, and author. The noted anthropological scholar Paul Radin was his younger brother. Life and work Max Radin, son of the rabbi Adolph Moses Radin, was born in Kempen, German Empire, he emigrated with his family to the United States and grew up in New York. He received his early education from his father, who, among other things, taught him to speak Latin.
