Rade Bulat
Rade Bulat (28 August 1920 – 25 January 2013) was a Yugoslav Partisan and communist activist. He was one of the last three living recipients of the Order of the People's Hero in Croatia. Biography Bulat was born August 28, 1920 in Vrginmost within the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes. He attended gymnasium in Sisak, Gradiška and Zagreb. In 1936 he joined the Young Communist League of Yugoslavia and was accepted into the Communist Party of Yugoslavia in 1939. After the April War he joined the Yugoslav Partisans. In 1942 he joined the Headquarters of the People's Liberation Movement of Croatia. He led the 13th Proletarian Attack Brigade from late 1942 on. Bulat became commander of the 32nd Zagorje Division on June 6, 1944. After the war he was a representative in the Parliament of the Socialist Republic of Croatia, and was a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Croatia. Gvozd
Gvozd () is a municipality in central Croatia, Sisak-Moslavina County. Its seat is located in Vrginmost, which was renamed to Gvozd from 1996–2012. It is an underdeveloped municipality which is statistically classified as the First Category Area of Special State Concern by the Government of Croatia. Languages and names Croatian is the official first language. Serbian language with its Cyrillic alphabet is the officially recognised second language. In Cyrillic, Vrginmost is known as ''Вргинмост'' and (between 1996 and 2012) Gvozd as ''Гвозд''. The Serbs of Croatia ( sh-Cyrl-Latn, separator=" / ", Срби у Хрватској, Srbi u Hrvatskoj) or Croatian Serbs ( sh-Cyrl-Latn, separator=" / ", хрватски Срби, hrvatski Srbi) constitute the largest national minority in Croatia. Čazma
Čazma is a town in Bjelovar-Bilogora County, Croatia. It is part of Moslavina. Geography Čazma is situated 60 kilometers east of Zagreb and only 30 kilometres from the center of the region - Bjelovar. Čazma is situated on the slopes of Moslavačka gora, surrounded by fertile lowlands. The river Česma runs to the east of Čazma and the smaller river Glogovnica flows into it nearby, too. History The town of Čazma is one of the oldest towns in the Republic of Croatia. It was mentioned in 1094, when the Hungarian king Ladislav gave Čazma as a possession to the bishop of Zagreb.
