Racjin, (株式会社ラクジン ''Kabushiki-Gaisha Rakujin'') formerly known as , is a Japanese video game development company located in Yodogawa-ku, Osaka, established in 1995. Its name was changed in 2000 to make it more easily pronounced to the Japanese. Their first game was titled Kabuki Klash in 1995 for the Neogeo. They weren't well-known until 1997, when Atlus published the Snowboard Kids game. They have worked on existing franchises, such as Fullmetal Alchemist, Bleach or Bomberman. In 2007, they worked on Mistwalker's project, ASH: Archaic Sealed Heat. Bomberman (Nintendo DS)
is a 2005 video game developed by Racjin for the Nintendo DS. It was released by Hudson Soft in Japan on May 26, 2005, and published worldwide by Ubisoft. The game is notable for its chibi art style, previously seen in the '' Bomberman Land'' series. Part of the '' Bomberman'' franchise, it is the first entry to be released on the platform. A sequel, '' Bomberman 2'', was released in 2008. Gameplay The single player mode features are 10 levels with 10 stages each, a bonus stage after the 5th stage, and a boss battle for the 10th stage. A new mechanic is the item screen. All items collected are added to a stock. Using the touch screen, you can use the items to power Bomberman up; thus, if you die, you can use your reserve items to restart at full power instead of with no power. The multiplayer mode uses the touch screen to expand the playing area, with tunnels connecting the two screens. ''R-Type'' is a science-fiction horizontal-scrolling shooter video game franchise developed and published by Irem for arcade systems and home game platforms. The first entry in the series was released in 1987, ''R-Type'', followed by several sequels for other platforms. Ten games in total have been released in the series. Other pieces of media, such as plastic-resin model kits, soundtrack albums and literature, were also produced. The series centers on an intergalactic war between humans and the Bydo, a powerful extraterrestrial race that are made from both biological lifeforms and mechanical structures. Uzumaki Chronicles
is a Japanese horror manga series written and illustrated by Junji Ito. Appearing as a serial in the weekly ''seinen'' manga magazine '' Big Comic Spirits'' from 1998 to 1999, the chapters were compiled into three bound volumes by Shogakukan and published from August 1998 to September 1999. In March 2000, Shogakukan released an omnibus edition, followed by a second omnibus version in August 2010. In North America, Viz Media serialized an English-language translation of the series in its monthly magazine ''Pulp'' from February 2001 to August 2002. Viz Media then published the volumes from October 2001 to October 2002, with a re-release from October 2007 to February 2008, and published a hardcover omnibus edition in October 2013.
