Rahi Masoom Reza (September 1927 – 15 March 1992) was an Indian Urdu and Hindi poet and writer and a Bollywood lyricist. He won the Filmfare Best Dialogue Award for the hit film ''Main Tulsi Tere Aangan Ki'' in 1979, followed by '' Mili'' and ''Lamhe''. Biography Early life and education Reza was born in a Muslim family in a village named Gangauli, located in Ghazipur district of Uttar Pradesh, one of the most populous state in Northern India. He was the younger brother of educationist Moonis Raza and scholar Mehdi Raza. Raza completed his early education in and around Ghazipur, from where he went to Aligarh Muslim University to complete higher studies. His studies and life revolved around Muslim theology. Govardhan Asrani (born 1 January 1940), popularly known simply as Asrani, is an Indian actor and director whose Bollywood career has spanned five decades. He has acted in over 350 Hindi films. Asrani has played the lead roles, character roles, comedic roles and supporting roles. Mukesh Chand Mathur (22 July 1923 – 27 August 1976), better known mononymously as Mukesh, was an Indian playback singer. Mukesh is considered to be one of the most popular and acclaimed playback singers of the Hindi film industry. Amongst the numerous nominations and awards he won, his song "Kai Baar Yuhi Dekha Hai" from the film ''Rajnigandha'' (1973) won him the National Film Award for Best Male Playback Singer. Anand Bakshi (21 July 1930 – 30 March 2002) was an Indian poet and lyricist. He was nominated for the Filmfare award for Best lyricist a total of 40 times, resulting in 4 wins. Early life Anand Bakshi (Bakshi Anand Prakash Vaid) was born in Rawalpindi in the Punjab Province of British India (now in Punjab, Pakistan), on 21 July 1930 into a Mohyal Brahmin family of the Vaid clan. The family arrived in Delhi, via a Dakota aircraft after the Partition of India and then migrated to Pune, then Meerut and settled again finally in Delhi. Bakshi was fond of writing poetry since his youth, but he did this mostly as a private hobby. In a 1983 interview with Doordarshan, Bakshi recounted that after his initial studies, he joined the Indian Navy, where due to a paucity of time, he could only write occasionally. Mohan Choti (1935 – 1 February 1992) was an Indian actor who worked as a comedian in Hindi films. The name Mohan Choti came from a fictional character of the same name from the 1957 film '' Musafir'', in which he plays a tea shop delivery boy who sports a "choti" or traditional lock of hair on the top of his head. Biography Mohan Choti was born as Mohan Rakshakar to Constable Atmaram Rakshakar in 1933 at Amravati, Amravati District Maharashtra. He produced and directed two films — "Dhoti Lota Aur Chowpatty" and "Hunterwali 77". He also opened a restaurant which was called "Sawal roti ka; Dhaba choti ka".
