The Red River Army Depot (RRAD) is an (24 sq. mi) depot-level maintenance facility west of Texarkana, Texas Texarkana is a city in Bowie County, Texas, United States, in the Ark-La-Tex region. Due to the demands of WWII, the mission was expanded to include general supply storage and tank repair.
