ROM Eiendom
Bane NOR Eiendom is a subsidiary of Bane NOR responsible for managing the commercial sections of the company's real estate. With headquarters in Oslo, the company manages of space. The vast majority of this is in or in connection with railway stations. The company owns all of the railway stations in Norway. Rom Eiendom was established in 2001 as Rom Eiendomsutvikling, with the responsibility to manage all NSB real estate not related to operations. In 2001, the management was outsourced to Aberdeen Property Investors. The present name change came as a result of the management being insourced back to the corporation in 2006. In 2007, NSB Eiendom, which owned operational real estate, was merged into Rom. Norwegian State Railways
Vygruppen, branded as Vy, is a government-owned railway company which operates most passenger train services and many bus services in Norway. The company is owned by the Norwegian Ministry of Transport. Its sub-brands include Vy Buss coach services, CargoNet freight trains and the Swedish train transport company Tågkompaniet. In 2009, NSB carried 52 million train passengers and 104 million bus passengers. On 24 April 2019, passenger train and bus services were rebranded as Vy. The company was established as the Norwegian State Railways (1883–1996). Brattøra
Brattøra is an artificial island in the city of Trondheim in Trøndelag county, Norway. The island is located at the mouth of the river Nidelva just north of the city centre ( Midtbyen), west of Nyhavna, and south of Trondheimsfjord. There is a canal that divides the mainland from what is now the island of Brattøra. In addition to some commercial offices, most of the island is used by Trondheim Central Station and Trondheim Port. The island is connected to the western parts of Trondheim by the Skansen Tunnel which was completed in 2010. Bjørvika
Bjørvika is a neighborhood in the Sentrum borough of Oslo, Norway. The area is an inlet in the inner Oslofjord, situated between Gamlebyen and Akershus Fortress. It serves as an outlet for the river Akerselva. Since the 2000s, it has been undergoing urban redevelopment, being transformed from a container port. Oslo
Oslo ( , , or ; sma, Oslove) is the capital and most populous city of Norway. It constitutes both a county and a municipality.
