Fulton County Airport is two miles east of Rochester, Indiana, Rochester, in Fulton County, Indiana, Fulton County, Indiana. It is owned by the Fulton County Airport Authority (formerly the Fulton County Board of Aviation Commissioners). Facilities Fulton County Airport covers at an elevation of 790 feet (241 m). Charles Chalmers is an American saxophonist, session musician, backup singer, songwriter and producer. He has written several hit songs for many recording artists, and has also arranged and performed on many Grammy winning recordings. Seven of those recordings are in the Grammy Hall of Fame: Al Green's " Let's Stay Together"; Aretha Franklin's " Respect," "Chain of Fools" and " Natural Woman"; Dusty Springfield's "Son of a Preacher Man"; and Wilson Pickett's " Mustang Sally" and " Land of a Thousand Dances." He also holds an Album of the Century award for his work on Aretha Franklin's, ''I Never Loved a Man the Way I Love You''. River City Renaissance
River City Renaissance was a $235 million bond issue in 1993 by the city of Jacksonville, Florida which funded urban renewal in some of downtown's most rundown sections. Plan Ed Austin's most lasting contribution as Jacksonville mayor was his River City Renaissance (RCR) program, which revamped the city's historic downtown neighborhoods, especially LaVilla and Brooklyn. Lex Hester was Austin's chief administrator who created and managed the program. The program was controversial because most of the money was spent on inner city projects while other needs around the city were ignored.
