RBD is a Mexican Latin pop group that gained popularity from Televisa's telenovela ''Rebelde''. The group achieved international success from 2004 until their separation in 2009 and sold over 15 million records worldwide, making them one of the best-selling Latin music artists of all time. The group was composed of Anahí, Alfonso Herrera, Dulce María, Christopher von Uckermann, Maite Perroni and Christian Chávez. ''Empezar Desde Cero'' (English: ''Starting From Zero'') is the fifth studio album by Mexican pop group RBD, released simultaneously in Mexico and the United States on November 20, 2007. The album contains two songs composed by two of RBD's band members: Alfonso Herrera and Christopher Uckermann. ''Empezar Desde Cero'' falls into the genres of Latin pop and pop rock. ''Celestial'' (English language, English: ''Heavenly'') is the third studio album by Mexicans, Mexican Latin pop vocal group RBD, released on November 23, 2006 in Mexico and on November 24, 2006 in the rest of Latin America and the United States. The album was recorded in Los Angeles and Mexico City, and was produced by Carlos Lara and Armando Ávila. The group also recorded a special version of the album for their fanbase in Brazil. ''Rebels'' is the first English-language studio album by Mexican pop group RBD, released on December 19, 2006. The album contains songs from the group's previous studio albums that were translated into English for the release, as well as new songs that were recorded exclusively for the album. ''Rebels'' falls into the genres of Latin pop and pop rock, with dance-pop and R&B stylings, which were new music styles for the group. To promote the album, only two official singles were released off the album. On September 22, 2006, the album's lead single was released, a ballad titled " Tu Amor", which was composed by Diane Warren. ''Para Olvidarte de Mí'' (English: ''To Forget About Me'') is the sixth and final studio album by Mexican pop band RBD, a group that gained popularity from Televisa's teenage-oriented TV series, ''Rebelde''. The album was released on March 10, 2009 in Mexico and on March 24, 2009 in the United States. The album belongs to the musical genres of Latin pop and pop rock, with a melodic dance-pop styling. For promotion purposes, only one single was released from the album, the title-track "Para Olvidarte de Mí". The album was released on September 22, 2005, in Mexico, selling over 127,000 units in its first seven hours of release in the country, and 160,000 in the first week, enough for it to be certified Platinum almost instantly. Alfonso Herrera Rodríguez (, born 28 August 1983) is a Mexican actor and former singer. Born in Mexico City, Herrera made his television debut in ''Clase 406'' in 2002. In the same year, his made film debut in ''Amar te duele'' and won a MTV Movie Awards Mexico. José Christian Chávez Garza (, born August 7, 1983), most often known as Christian Chávez is a Mexican singer, songwriter and actor, best known for his role as Giovanni Méndez López in the telenovela ''Rebelde'' and its spin-off pop group RBD. Career In 2002, Chávez was cast as Fernando 'Fercho' Lucena in the telenovela ''Clase 406''. The series had four seasons and 350 one-hour episodes in total.
