R. Parthiban
Radhakrishnan Parthiban (born 14 October 1958) is an Indian actor and film director who works mainly in Tamil cinema. He has directed 15 films, produced 13 films and acted in more than 70 films. He started his career as assistant director for K. Bhagyaraj in 1984 and the duo worked in over 20 films from 1984 to 1991. Parthiban is known for having directed critically acclaimed films such as ''Pudhiya Paadhai'' (1989) and ''House Full'' (1999) won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Tamil. He also won National Film Award – Special Jury Award in ''Otha Seruppu Size 7'' (2019). His performances as actor are in successful films such as ''Bharathi Kannamma'' (1997), ''Nee Varuvai Ena'' (1999), ''Vetri Kodi Kattu'' (2000), '' Azhagi'' (2002), '' Aayirathil Oruvan'' (2010), ''Melvilasom'' (2011), ''Otha Seruppu Size 7'' (2019) and ''Iravin Nizhal'' (2022). Tamil Film Producers Council
Tamil Film Producers Council (TFPC), is a union for film producers in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, based in Chennai. Formed on 18 July 1979, the group has a charitable trust fund to provide financial support to retired producers, voiced support for film producers and have collectively protested for socio-political issues. Elections in the Producers council, which is made up of over 1500 members, are held once every two years to determine the president of the group. ''Engal Swamy Ayyappan'' () is a 1990 Tamil-language Hindu devotional film directed by Dasarathan. The film, produced by Ramani, had musical score by Dasarathan and was released on 28 December 1990. Thalattu Padava is a 1990 Tamil language drama film directed by R. Sundarrajan. The film stars Parthiban, Rupini and Kushboo. The film, produced by A. S.
