''Questo amore ai confini del mondo'' ( es, Casi al fin del mundo/ Un amor en el confín del mundo) is a 1960 Argentine-Italian film directed by Giuseppe Maria Scotese. Plot In Terra del Fuoco, Françoise is having trouble adapting to her life as the wife of the rich breeder Claudio. She married him only out of necessity, and does not love him. Claudio offered her a new life. When she arrives at the "estancias", she spurs jealousy, especially in Claudio's old girlfriend Mecha. During a party, Walter arrives, an adventurous man who quickly falls in love with Françoise, despite her being married. Mecha is also interested in Walter, who has suddenly decided to leave the "estancias". However, months later, he returns, and Françoise falls in love with him as well, but he leaves again. Fausto Tozzi (29 October 1921 – 10 December 1978) was an Italian film actor and screenwriter. He appeared in 70 films between 1951 and 1978. He wrote the script for ''The Defeated Victor'', which was entered into the 9th Berlin International Film Festival. He also directed one film, '' Trastevere''. Life and career Born in Rome, after graduating in accountancy Tozzi made several humble jobs, including peddler and bird taxidermist. He was introduced in the cinema industry by Sergio Amidei, for whom he worked as a stenographer. Antonio Cifariello (19 May 1930 – 12 December 1968) was an Italian actor and documentarist. Life and career Born in Naples, son of the sculptor Filippo Cifariello, Antonio started his career in 1950 as the main actor, credited as Fabio Montale, in ''La sposa che vestiva di bianco'', a film which had several production issues and that was released only in 1953. Armando Trovajoli (also Trovaioli, 2 September 1917 – 28 February 2013) was an Italian film composer and pianist with over 300 credits as composer and/or conductor, many of them jazz scores for exploitation films of the Commedia all'italiana genre. He collaborated with Vittorio De Sica on a number of projects, including one segment of ''Boccaccio '70''.
