Quentin Garcia
Quentin Garcia (born 26 May 1987 in Meulun, France) is a professional ice hockey player. He is currently an attacker for the Lyon Hockey Club. Career Garcia spent two years playing in the Espoirs team of Grenoble before being promoted to Grenoble's Ligue Magnus team for season 2006. He moved to the Lyon Hockey Club in 2007 and remains with the club in season 2008. Garcia was part of the 2006 Ligue Magnus championship team and the 2007 FFHG Division 2 Vice-Champion squad from Lyon. Lyon Hockey Club Les Lions (LHC The Lions) is the ice hockey team of Lyon, France. The team currently competes in The French FFHG Division 3, Ligue Magnus on 13 January 2014 it was announced they will have a partnership with the Tampa Bay Lighting and Syracuse Crunch. in 2019, the professional team was dissolved after bankruptcy. Ice Hockey
Ice hockey (or simply hockey) is a team sport played on ice skates, usually on an ice skating rink with lines and markings specific to the sport. It belongs to a family of sports called hockey. Ligue Magnus
The Ligue Magnus, currently known as Synerglace Ligue Magnus for sponsorship reasons, is the top men's division of the French ice hockey pyramid, established in 1906. The league operated under a variety of names before taking that of its championship trophy, the Magnus Cup, in 2004. The trophy was in turn named for Frenchman and IIHF founder Louis Magnus. Format 12 teams play a 44-game regular season. The schedule is fully balanced and there are no geographic conferences. Regulation wins are worth 3 points, as per international rules. The top 8 teams qualify for the Magnus Cup playoffs, with all series contested in a best-of-seven format. The remaining 4 teams play a 6-game round-robin, at the end of which the last-place team is relegated. The Magnus Cup champions qualify for the following season's Champions Hockey League. FFHG Division 2 (Fédération Française de Hockey sur Glace Division 2 or French Ice Hockey Federation Division 2) is an amateur ice hockey league in France. It is the third of four levels of national ice hockey in France. The teams that end at the bottom of the table get relegated to FFHG Division 3 while the top get promoted to FFHG Division 1.
