Quake (cereal)
Quisp is a sugar-sweetened breakfast cereal from the Quaker Oats Company. It was introduced in 1965 and continued as a mass-market grocery item until the late 1970s. Subsequently, the Quaker Oats Company marketed Quisp sporadically, and with the advent of the Internet, began selling it primarily online. Quisp made its return to supermarkets as a mass-market grocery item in late 2012. Quaker Oats initially marketed Quisp with a sister brand, Quake. Television commercials featuring both brands were produced by Jay Ward, a major producer of animated television series. Gidney & Cloyd
Gidney and Cloyd are fictional characters originally appearing in the American animated television program ''Rocky and His Friends'' (now known, along with ''The Bullwinkle Show'', as ''The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show'' or simply ''Rocky and Bullwinkle''). Their names were adapted from the names "Sidney" and "Floyd", which Jay Ward said were the most boring names ever. (Gidney is also an actual surname indigenous to New England and neighboring areas of Canada. Marc's Stores is a discount drugstore-and- grocery chain, with stores in northern and central Ohio. It is owned by Clevelander Marc Glassman. Marc's has over 60 stores in the Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Youngstown, Columbus, and Dayton areas. History Bernie Shulman opened his first mega-discount drug store in Mayfield Heights, Ohio in 1969. Michael John Kricfalusi ( ; born September 9, 1955), known professionally as John K., is a Canadian illustrator, blogger, voice actor and former animator.
