Queen of Apostles Boarding School (formerly OLA Boarding) is a State school, public Catholic school, Catholic primary boarding school, boarding school for girls, located in Elmina, in the Central Region (Ghana), Central Region of Ghana. The school is sited on a hill just beside St. Josephs Minor basilica Church, St. Joseph's Minor Basilica, the first Roman Catholic Church, Catholic church in Ghana. Elmina, also known as Edina by the local Fante people, Fante, is a town and the capital of the Komenda/Edina/Eguafo/Abirem Municipal District, Komenda/Edina/Eguafo/Abirem District on the south coast of Ghana in the Central Region, Ghana, Central Region, situated on a bay on the Atlantic Ocean, west of Cape Coast.
