QualiEd College (, abbreviated to QC) is a secondary school established in 2003 in Hong Kong by the QualiEd Educational Organization. It was approved by the Education Bureau to be managed under Man Kwan Educational Organization starting from 1{{nbspDecember 2009. The school is located at 2, Kan Hok Lane, Tiu Keng Leng, Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. The full name of QualiEd is Quality Education. Pak Kau College, Pak Kau Continuing Education College, The Jockey Club Eduyoung College and Eduyoung Continuing Education College are run by the same educational organization (Man Kwan Educational Organization). Sai Kung District
Sai Kung District is one of the 18 districts of Hong Kong, a special administrative region of China. The district comprises the southern half of the Sai Kung Peninsula, the Clear Water Bay Peninsula in the New Territories and a strip of land to the east of Kowloon. Tiu Keng Leng
Tiu Keng Leng (), formerly Rennie's Mill, is an area of Hong Kong in the Sai Kung District adjacent to Tseung Kwan O (Junk Bay). The area used to be a refugee village housing former Kuomintang officials and followers who escaped to Hong Kong from Mainland China after the establishment of the People's Republic of China (PRC); however, the original Tiu Keng Leng village was cleared before Transfer of sovereignty over Hong Kong, Hong Kong's sovereignty transfer to the PRC in 1997, and nowadays Tiu Keng Leng is thoroughly redeveloped as part of the Tseung Kwan O New Town. Tseung Kwan O
Tseung Kwan O New Town is one of the nine new towns in Hong Kong, built mainly on reclaimed land in the northern half of Junk Bay (known as Tseung Kwan O in Chinese/Cantonese language) in southeastern New Territories, after which it is named. The town/land area is usually known simply as Tseung Kwan O. Development of the new town was approved in 1982, with the initial population intake occurring in 1988. The Education Bureau (EDB) is responsible for formulating and implementing education policies in Hong Kong. The bureau is headed by the Secretary for Education and oversees agencies including University Grants Committee and Student Finance Office.
