Quah Kim Lye
Quah Kim Lye (born 1943) is a former Singapore national football team captain who played for National Football League side Tampines Rovers and the Singapore Lions in the Malaysia Cup as a striker. Born to father Quah Heck Hock and mother Lau Ah Noi, Quah is a member of the noted footballing family which has produced fellow Singapore internationals such as brothers Kim Beng, Kim Swee, Kim Siak and Kim Song. Quah Kim Song (, born February 1952) is a former Singapore international footballer who played as a striker. Choo Seng Quee Joseph (; 1 December 1914 – 30 June 1983), popularly known as Uncle Choo, was a Singaporean footballer and football coach. He was coach of the Indonesia, Malaya/Malaysia and Singapore national teams. He is widely recognised as one of Singapore's best football coaches. Choo began his playing career playing as a right full-back with Singapore Chinese Football Association in the SAFA leagues in 1933. His performances led to a call-up to the Singapore FA team in the Malaya Cup competition. He was converted to a centre-half as the Lions won the Malaya Cup in 1937 and 1939. Seak Poh Leong (born 1952) is a former Singapore national football team captain who played for National Football League side Singapore Armed Forces Sports Association and Singapore FA in the Malaysia Cup as a midfielder. He was the national team coach from 1987 to 1988 and had a reputation as a strict disciplinarian.
