Qaidi (1984 Film)
''Qaidi '' () is a 1984 Indian Hindi-language action film, produced by G. Hanumantha Rao by Padmalaya Studios, presented by Krishna and directed by S.S. Ravichandra. It stars Jeetendra, Shatrughan Sinha, Hema Malini, Madhavi and music composed by Bappi Lahiri. The film is remake of the Telugu film '' Khaidi'' (1983) which itself was loosely based on the 1982 movie ''First Blood''. Plot The film begins with ASP Dinesh Jugran suspecting a ferocious itinerant Suraj and arrests him. In the custody, he maintains absolute silence, despite facing severe torture. Ultimately, he succeeds in breaking the bars when he gets a shot, and worn-out Suraj is rescued by Dr. Sunita. Dinesh accepts it as a challenge to apprehend the convict. Kader Khan
Kader Khan (22 October 1937 – 31 December 2018) was an Indian actor, screenwriter and film director. As an actor, he appeared in over 300 Bollywood films after his debut film in the 1973 film '' Daag'', starring Rajesh Khanna, in which he acted as a prosecuting attorney. He was a prolific actor and screenwriter in Hindi cinema in the period late 1970s to 90s and wrote dialogues for 200 films. Khan graduated from Ismail Yusuf College affiliated to Bombay University.
