Pádraig Faulkner (Gaelic Footballer)
Pádraig Faulkner (born 1994) is an Irish Gaelic footballer who plays for Kingscourt Stars and the Cavan county team. Playing career Club Faulkner joined the Kingscourt Stars and played at all age levels. Faulkner later joined the club's senior team. On 30 September 2012, Faulkner started at corner back against Mullahoran in his first county final, which ended in a draw. Faulkner kept his position for the replay on 7 October 2012. Faulkner scored a point from play but Kingscourt fell to a 1-8 to 0-7 defeat. On 12 October 2014 Faulkner started at centre back as Kingscourt faced Cavan Gaels in the county final. Faulkner was sent off in the 12th minute for a challenge on Cavan Gaels' Levi Murphy, and had to watch the rest of the game from the sideline. Kingscourt Stars is a Gaelic Athletic Association club from Kingscourt, County Cavan in Ireland. They are affiliated to Cavan GAA. The club was founded in 1890. The Fermanagh county football team ( ) represents Fermanagh GAA, the county board of the Gaelic Athletic Association, in the Gaelic sport of football. The team competes in the three major annual inter-county competitions; the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship, the Ulster Senior Football Championship and the National Football League. 2015 Cavan Senior Football Championship
The 2015 Cavan Senior Football Championship was the 107th edition of Cavan GAA's premier club Gaelic football tournament for senior graded teams in County Cavan, Ireland. The tournament consists of 17 teams, with the winner going on to represent Cavan in the Ulster Senior Club Football Championship. Cavan Gaels were the defending champions, having defeated Kingscourt Stars in the previous years final. Kingscourt ended their reign at the quarter-final stage. Kingscourt went on to win the championship by beating Castlerahan in the final. This was their 11th title overall, and their first since 2010. Cavan Senior Football Championship
The Cavan Senior Football Championship is an annual Gaelic Athletic Association club competition between the top Cavan Gaelic football clubs. It was first competed for in 1888. The winners get the Oliver Plunkett Cup and qualifies to represent their county in the Ulster Club Championship and in turn, go on to the All-Ireland Senior Club Football Championship. Cornafean have won the most titles, having been victorious 20 times. The current Senior football champions are Gowna after beating Killygarry in the final of 2022. Format 12 teams will contest the Hotel Kilmore Senior Football Championship. The championship shall be run on a league basis up to the Quarter-Final stage and Knock-out thereafter. Ulster Minor Football Championship
The Ulster Minor Football Championship is the Minor "knockout" competition in the game of Gaelic football played in the province of Ulster in Ireland. The series of games are organised by the Ulster Council. The trophy for the winning side is The Liam Murray Cup. The competition began in 1930, with Armagh winning during the inaugural year. Ulster Under-21 Football Championship
The Ulster GAA Football Under-20 Championship, known simply as the Ulster Under-20 Championship, is an annual inter-county Gaelic football competition organised by the Ulster Council of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA). It is the highest inter-county football competition for male players between the ages of 17 and 20 in the province of Ulster. Ulster Senior Football Championship
The Ulster Senior Football Championship is an inter-county competition for Gaelic football teams in the province of Ulster.
