Push Push (band)
Push Push are a rock band formed in the 1990s from Auckland, New Zealand. They are best known for their single "Trippin'". History Formation and Early Years (1985-86) Former Rangitoto College students Mikey Havoc (vocals), Ken "Kenny" Green (drummer), Andy Kane (aka Andy Wilson, lead guitar), and Steve Abplanalp (bass) formed the band in Auckland around 1985 or 1986. Silver (guitar) then joined, followed by Scott Cortese (drummer, formerly in the band Whiskey and Lace) who replaced Green. ''A Trillion Shades of Happy'' (1992) The band released their debut (and only) album A Trillion Shades of Happy in 1992. Their first single "Trippin'" was recorded at Airforce Studios (Auckland), with the drum track done in one take. The song reached #1 on the New Zealand charts. AC/DC
AC/DC (stylised as ACϟDC) are an Australian Rock music, rock band formed in Sydney in 1973 by Scottish-born brothers Malcolm Young, Malcolm and Angus Young. Their music has been variously described as hard rock, blues rock, and Heavy metal music, heavy metal, but the band calls it simply "rock and roll". ''7 Days'' is a New Zealand comedy gameshow similar in some ways to the British program ''Mock the Week'', hosted by Jeremy Corbett and created by thedownlowconcept. Paul Ego and Dai Henwood usually appear on each episode, along with other comedians, who form teams and answer questions about stories from the last week. Show format At the start of each show, Jeremy Corbett announces a content warning, saying "the following show is for adults only and contains bad language that may offend some people". This is often followed by an opening joke based on an event in the past seven days. Mount Smart Stadium
Mount Smart Stadium (formerly known as Ericsson Stadium) is a multipurpose stadium in Auckland, New Zealand. It is the main home ground of the New Zealand Warriors of the National Rugby League, and occasionally hosts rugby union and international rugby league matches. Jan Hellriegel
Jan Hellriegel is a singer/songwriter based in Auckland, New Zealand. Her first recorded appearances were in Dunedin band Working With Walt in the mid-1980s when Jan studied at the University of Otago in Dunedin. She then formed all-woman band Cassandra's Ears, moving back to Auckland and going solo in the early 90s. Hellriegel has released four solo studio albums, ''It's My Sin'' 1992, ''Tremble'' 1995, ''All Grown Up'' 2009, and ''Sportsman of the Year'' in 2019. She has toured with and supported many international acts including The Cure, Jeff Buckley, David Byrne, Diesel, and Ron Sexsmith. She has also performed as a guest vocalist for many bands such as Straitjacket Fits, The Verlaines and The Mutton Birds, notably on the latter's hit single ''Nature''. Rangitoto College
Rangitoto College is a state coeducational secondary school, located on the North Shore of Auckland, New Zealand. Serving years 9 to 13, Rangitoto has a school roll of as of making it the largest "brick-and-mortar" school in New Zealand (only The Correspondence School is larger, with students).
