Pullach Station
Pullach station is a station on the Isar Valley Railway from Munich to Bichl in the German state of Bavaria. It has been part of the Munich S-Bahn since 1981. The station is located in the municipality of Pullach, which also contains the stations of Großhesselohe Isartal and Höllriegelskreuth. It is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 6 station and has two platforms. The station building is registered as a historic building on the List of Bavarian Monuments and has been acquired by the municipality of Pullach. German Railway Station Categories
The approximately 5,400 railway stations in Germany that are owned and operated by the Deutsche Bahn subsidiary DB Station&Service are divided into seven categories, denoting the service level available at the station. This categorisation influences the amount of money railway companies need to pay to DB Station&Service for using the facilities at the stations. Hip Roof
A hip roof, hip-roof or hipped roof, is a type of roof where all sides slope downwards to the walls, usually with a fairly gentle slope (although a tented roof by definition is a hipped roof with steeply pitched slopes rising to a peak). München-Pasing Station
Munich-Pasing is a railway station with nine platforms situated in the west of Munich. It is the third-largest station in Munich, after München Hauptbahnhof and München Ost. History When the first Munich railway was built from Munich to Lochhausen on the western outskirts of Munich in 1839, a station with two wooden huts was built in the municipality of Pasing. The line was completed to Augsburg on 7 October 1840. In 1847, back stone station building designed by Friedrich Bürklein was built on the southern side of the railway tracks in Pasing. Bürklein also designed the Munich Central Station (''Hauptbahnhof''), the Maximilianeum and the brickwork of the Maximilianstraße. S7 (Munich)
Line S7 is a line on the Munich S-Bahn network. It is operated by DB Regio Bayern. It runs from Wolfratshausen via Höllriegelskreuth, central Munich, Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn and Aying to Kreuzstraße. Trains reverse in Munich East station and, in order for S-Bahn services from St.-Martin-Straße to be inserted into the S-Bahn line while simultaneously reversing to run into the S-Bahn tunnel under central Munich or vice versa, the line between Munich East station and the flying junction between München-Giesing and Fasangarten stations is one of the few in Germany that has traffic running on the left. The line is operated at 20-minute intervals between Höllriegelskreuth and Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn. Wolfratshausen Station
Wolfratshausen station is a station of the Munich S-Bahn. It is located in the Upper Bavarian town of Wolfratshausen in Germany. It is classified by Deutsche Bahn as a category 6 station. It has two platform tracks next to a central platform. The station is located in the network area of the Münchner Verkehrs- und Tarifverbund (Munich Transport and Tariff Association, MVV) and is served by line 7 of the S-Bahn, which is operated by Deutsche Bahn. Bundesstraße 11
The Bundesstraße 11 (abbr. B11) is a German federal highway. It is the first regional federal highway in the German federal highway numbering system and leads from the Czech border near Bayerisch Eisenstein past Deggendorf, Landshut and Munich to Krün near Garmisch-Partenkirchen, where it connects to the Bundesstraße 2. Between Deggendorf and Ergolding, the Bundesstraße 11 has been replaced by the Bundesautobahn 92. Northward, the road originally went over the ''Ruselabsatz'', a mountain pass.
