Prussian T 6
The T 6 of the Prussian state railways, Prussian State Railways were a class of twelve passenger Tank locomotive, tank locomotives. They were intended as an alternative to the Prussian T 11 and Prussian T 12, T 12 classes on the routes of the Berlin ''Stadt'' (city), Ring and suburban network. A total of twelve locomotives were built in 1902 by Berliner Maschinenbau AG. Two went to the Altona Division, the other ten to the Berlin Division. The design was unusual – being a three-cylinder design. In comparison to the T 11 and T 12, they were the least economical of the three classes. They were also other technical reasons why no more T 6 locomotives were built. The locomotives were later dispersed to other Railway divisions in Germany, railway divisions. After World War I, five went to the Polish State Railways (PKP), who classified them as OKl1. The locomotives that remained in Germany were retired by the early 1920s References

Prussian State Railways
The term Prussian state railways (German: ''Preußische Staatseisenbahnen'') encompasses those railway organisations that were owned or managed by the State of Prussia. The words "state railways" are not capitalized because Prussia did not have an independent railway administration; rather the individual railway organisations were under the control of the Ministry for Trade and Commerce or its later offshoot, the Ministry for Public Works. Prussian T 11
The Prussian Class T 11 were passenger tank locomotives produced between 1903 and 1910 in the service of the Prussian state railways for duties on the Berlin Stadtbahn. History Between 1903 and 1910, 470 engines of this type were procured for the Prussian Railways from four manufacturers. Like the superheated locomotive, the Prussian T 12, the T 11 evolved from the Prussian T 9#T9.3, T 9.3 in order to replace the older, four-coupled tank engines on the Berlin Stadtbahn and suburban route in other cities. Construction of the T 11 was ceased in 1910 in favour of the more economical T 12. Prussian T 12
The Prussian Class T 12 were early German passenger tank locomotives built for the Prussian state railways in large numbers. These locomotives were superheated variants of the T 11. History Although the T 12 first appeared as early as 1902 in an experimental guise, series production did not start until 1905. Besides the Prussian state railways, the engine was also procured by the Imperial Railways in Alsace-Lorraine (25 units), the Lübeck-Büchen Railway, and the Halberstadt-Blankenburg Railway. Rigid-framed electric locomotives were some of the first generations of electric locomotive design. When these began the traction motors of these early locomotives, particularly with AC motors, were too large and heavy to be mounted directly to the axles and so were carried on the frame.
