Prologue (Jomaku)
is the debut studio album by Japanese entertainer Akina Nakamori. It was released on July 1, 1982 by Warner Pioneer under the Reprise Records label. The album includes the debut single "Slow Motion". It was recorded in the Los Angeles music studio, three months before Nakamori's debut. Background ''Prologue (Jomaku)'' is the first studio album released in 1982, two months after the release of her debut single "Slow Motion". The early production of the album began in February and was finished within 5 days. There were five candidate songs to be chosen as a debut single: Slow Motion, Ginga Densetsu, Anata no Portrait, T-Shirt Sunset and Jōken Hansha. From among them, Slow Motion was chosen. is a Japanese Singing, singer and Actor, actress. She is one of the most popular and best-selling artists in Japan. Akina achieved national recognition after winning the 1981 season of the talent show ''Star Tanjō!''. Kayōkyoku
is a Japanese pop music genre, which became a base of modern J-pop. ''The Japan Times'' described ''kayōkyoku'' as "standard Japanese pop" or " Shōwa-era pop". ''Kayōkyoku'' represents a blend of Western and Japanese musical scales. Music in this genre is extremely varied as a result. ''Kayōkyoku'' in the narrower and more practical sense, however, excludes J-pop and ''enka''. Unlike "J-pop" singers such as Southern All Stars' Keisuke Kuwata, the singers of the ''kayōkyoku'' genre do not use stylized pronunciations based on the English language, but prefer traditional Japanese. The album includes the controversial single hit "Shōjo A". It became Nakamori's first number-one on the Oricon Weekly Albums Chart and her best sold album. Background ''Variation (Hensoukyoku)'' is Nakamori's second studio album, released in 1982, three months after the release of her debut album. The music production team consisted of main arrangers Mitsuo Hagita and Kei Wakakusa, Kisugi siblings Etsuko and Takao, Masao Urino, Hiroaki Serizawa, Yukinojo Mori and Yoshitaka Minami. Yuji Ohno
is a Japanese jazz musician. Ohno is known for his musical scoring of Japanese anime television series, particularly ''Lupin III'', and most famously the 1977 series ''Lupin III Part II'' and the feature film ''The Castle of Cagliostro''. Early life Born in the founding family of Atami City's Hotel Ohnoya, Ohno began playing piano in elementary school. , born November 16, 1950 in Tokyo, Japan, is a Japanese singer and songwriter. Career After the working with Yosui Inoue's band, Kisugi debuted as a singer-songwriter with single ''Asai Yume'', released in 1976. He became after a domestic hit in Japan, ''My Luxury Night'' performed by Hatsumi Shibata, Mainly in the 1980s, he produced many hit tunes with Etsuko Kisugi, his sister and a lyricist. is a Japanese lyricist, script writer, and film director. He has written lyrics for many musical groups and individual artists, sometimes under the pseudonym . After graduating from Tochigi Prefectural Ashikaga High School, he graduated in 1974 with a degree in literature from Sophia University. After graduating, he worked as a copy writer for the advertising firm , which went bankrupt in 1999. Due to missing an error in an advertisement in a national newspaper, though, he was forced to do other work.
