Princess Aisha bint Faisal of Jordan (born 27 March 1997) is the daughter of Prince Faisal bin Hussein and Princess Alia, and a niece of King Abdullah II of Jordan. She is the younger sister of Princess Ayah and Prince Omar, and is also the twin of Princess Sara. Zein al-Sharaf bint Jamil ( ar, زين الشرف بنت جميل; 2 August 1916 – 26 April 1994) was the Queen of Jordan as the wife of King Talal. Queen Zein was the mother of King Hussein. Family She was born in Alexandria, Egypt, into a family of Hejazi and Turkish Cypriot origin. Her mother was Wijdan Hanim, the daughter of Shakir Pasha, who was the grandnephew of the Ottoman-Turkish Cypriot Governor of Cyprus Kâmil Pasha. Talal bin Abdullah ( ar, طلال بن عبد الله, ; 26 February 1909 – 7 July 1972) was King of Jordan from the assassination of his father, King Abdullah I, on 20 July 1951 until his forced abdication on 11 August 1952. Princess Muna Al-Hussein ( ar, منى الحسين, born Toni Avril Gardiner; 25 April 1941) is the mother of Abdullah II of Jordan. She was the second wife of King Hussein; the couple divorced on 21 December 1972. She is British by birth, and changed her name to Muna Al-Hussein upon marriage. Early life Muna Al-Hussein was born in Chelmondiston, Suffolk, England, the daughter of Doris Elizabeth (née Sutton) and Walter Percy "Tony" Gardiner.
