Lo Nuestro Awards
The Lo Nuestro Awards or Premios Lo Nuestro (Spanish for "Our Thing") is a Spanish-language awards show honoring the best of Latin music, presented by Univision, a Spanish-language television network based in the United States. The awards began in 1989. The artist with the most Premios Lo Nuestro awards is Puerto Rican singer Olga Tañón. The awards ceremony features famous Latino actors, musicians and show business personalities. The show is broadcast all over the Americas. In February 2006, Univision announced that closed captioning in English would be offered for the first time in the history of the broadcast. The 2013 edition, which officially marks its 25th anniversary on the network was dedicated to singer Jenni Rivera after her death in December 2012. RKM & Ken-Y
Rakim & Ken-Y is a reggaeton duo formed in 2003 by José Nieves (Rakim) and Kenny Vázquez (Ken-Y). The artists are renowned in the Latin music world for being the first to successfully fuse mainstream pop music with the reggaeton street rhythms of Puerto Rico and expose the style to a wide international audience. Tony Feliciano Rivera (born May 31, 1982), better known by stage name Tony Dize, is an American singer of Puerto Rican descent. Alex, Jorge Y Lena
Alex, Jorge y Lena is a Latin supergroup, formed in 2010, that consists of singer-songwriters and multi-instrumentalists Lena Burke, Álex Ubago and Jorge Villamizar. Their sound is influenced by all three members, who played instruments and wrote all the tracks on their debut album, '' Alex, Jorge y Lena'', which was released in September 2010. Chino & Nacho is a Venezuelan pop duo, consisting of Jesús Alberto Miranda Pérez (Chino) (born November 15, 1984) and Miguel Ignacio Mendoza Donatti (Nacho) (born August 22, 1983).
