Predrag Miletić
Predrag Miletić, ( sr-Cyrl, Предраг Милетић; born ), is a Serbian film, television, and theatre actor. Since 1981, Predrag Miletić has been a full-time member of the National Theatre in Belgrade, where he has appeared in more than 50 plays. Since 2014 he is the chairman of the board of the Puppet Theatre "Pinocchio" and since 2015 is the President of the Program Committee of the International Festival of Monodrama and Mime in Zemun. Early life Predrag Miletić was born in Niš, Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (now Serbia). His mother, Ružica Miletić (née Ilić), was a housewife, and his father, Lieutenant Vladimir Miletić (1919–2010), was a Yugoslav intelligence officer, winner of a number of decorations, including two medals for bravery. Mount Athos
Mount Athos (; el, Ἄθως, ) is a mountain in the distal part of the eponymous Athos peninsula and site of an important centre of Eastern Orthodox monasticism in northeastern Greece. The mountain along with the respective part of the peninsula have been governed as the monastic community of Mount Athos, an autonomous region within the Hellenic Republic, ecclesiastically under the direct jurisdiction of the Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople, while the remainder of the peninsula forms part of the Aristotelis municipality. Hilandar
The Hilandar Monastery ( sr-cyr, Манастир Хиландар, Manastir Hilandar, , el, Μονή Χιλανδαρίου) is one of the twenty Eastern Orthodox monasteries in Mount Athos in Greece and the only Serbian monastery there. It was founded in 1198 by Stefan Nemanja (Saint Symeon) and his son Saint Sava. St. Symeon was the former Grand Prince of Serbia (1166-1196) who upon relinquishing his throne took monastic vows and became an ordinary monk. He joined his son Saint Sava who was already in Mount Athos and who later became the first Archbishop of Serbia. Upon its foundation, the monastery became a focal point of the Serbian religious and cultural life, as well as assumed the role of "the first Serbian university". Terazije Theatre
Theatre on Terazije ( sr, italic=yes, Позориште на Теразијама, Pozorište na Terazijama) is a Broadway-style theatre located in Belgrade, Serbia. Located in Terazije square, it is the only theatre in Serbia which exclusively produces musicals and has produced the Serbian versions of ''Chicago'', ''Kiss Me, Kate'', and many more. Edinburgh International Festival
The Edinburgh International Festival is an annual arts festival in Edinburgh, Scotland, spread over the final three weeks in August. Notable figures from the international world of music (especially classical music) and the performing arts are invited to join the festival. Visual art exhibitions, talks and workshops are also hosted. The first 'International Festival of Music and Drama' took place between 22 August and 11 September 1947. Under the first festival director, the distinguished Austrian-born impresario Rudolf Bing, it had a broadly-based programme, covering orchestral, choral and chamber music, Lieder and song, opera, ballet, drama, film, and Scottish 'piping and dancing' on the Esplanade of Edinburgh Castle, a structure that was followed in subsequent years. Milenko Zablaćanski
Milenko Zablaćanski, ( sr-cyr, Миленко Заблаћански), (Bogatić, Serbia, — Belgrade, Serbia, ), was a Serbian actor, director, and screenwriter. Career Zablaćanski graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts (FDU) in Belgrade, studying under Ognjenka Milićević. He began his career in the Boško Buha Theatre and in 1985 he moved to the Terazije Theatre, where he played the lead role in many productions. Filmography Death On 5 January 2008, Zablaćanski's vehicle was in a head-on collision. Zablaćanski received massive head injuries and was carried away unconscious to the Užice hospital.
