Manoj Prabhakar
Manoj Prabhakar (born 15 April 1963) is a former Indian cricketer and Coach, who recently coached Nepal National Cricket Team. He was a right-arm medium-pace bowler and a lower-order batsman, and has also opened the innings sometimes for the Indian cricket team until his retirement in 1996. Prabhakar took 96 wickets in Test cricket, 157 wickets in One Day Internationals, and over 385 first class wickets playing for Delhi. He has also played for Durham. Sundarwati Nawal Prabhakar (1922–2010) was an Indian National Congress politician from Delhi. She represented Karol Bagh in the 8th Lok Sabha. Early life Sundarwati was born on 9 September 1922 in Delhi. She received education till the under-metric level. Career Sundarwati was involved in the Indian Independence movement and participated in the 1942 Quit India Movement. She volunteered for the Defence Fund during the Sino-Indian War (1962) and Indo-Pakistani War of 1965. Vishnu Prabhakar (21 June 1912 – 11 April 2009) was a Hindi writer. He had several short stories, novels, plays and travelogues to his credit. Prabhakar's works have elements of patriotism, nationalism and messages of social upliftment. He was the First Sahitya Academy Award winner from Haryana.
