Powers (American TV Series)
''Powers'' is an American streaming television series developed by Brian Michael Bendis and Charlie Huston for PlayStation Network. It is based on the comic book series of the same name by Bendis and Michael Avon Oeming. Marking PlayStation Network's first venture into scripted original programming, the series premiered on March 10, 2015. The pilot episode is available for free for people in the United States on YouTube and the entire first season was available on Crackle until May 3, 2016. The series was renewed for a second season, which premiered on May 31, 2016. It was subsequently canceled in August of the same year. Justice Adam Leak (born September 1, 1979) is an American film, television and stage actor best known for his portrayal of Harland Osbourne in the 2007 film ''The Great Debaters''. Crackle, formerly called Grouper and Sony Crackle, is a free video streaming service supported by advertisements that was founded in 2004. The service was purchased by Sony Pictures in 2006 and renamed Crackle. In 2018 the name was changed to Sony Crackle. Eric Berger served as the general manager of Crackle from 2008 to 2019.
